Standard Ballroom dancing lessons are part of the international standard dances.
Standard Ballroom consist of five dances: Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Quickstep.
Standard Ballroom dancing lessons are fluid and are normally danced to Western music. Couples dance counter-clockwise around a rectangular floor following the line of dance. In competition, ballroom dancers are judged by criteria such as grooming, connection, posture, frame, speed, body alignment and proper usage of weight, ankles and feet.
These are the five standard dances danced at local and International competitions and also performed in medal examinations
New Vogue dance lessons are easy to learn and ideal for beginners.
New Vogue dance lessons are based on a dance step sequence which repeats usually until the music has finished. New Vogue dance lessons can be performed at varying levels requiring more precise steps, arm and body movement at higher levels, making it difficult to master.
